The Reeves School of Business Announces the Death of Mrs. Sarah Frances Crosby Reeves (1919-2013)

The faculty and staff of the RSB are sad to announce the passing of Sarah Reeves. Mrs. Reeves was the devoted wife of the late Charles M. Reeves (whose generous endowment to Methodist College led to the establishment of the Charles M. Reeves School of Business & Economics). Mrs. Reeves was a loving and gracious woman who, through her entire life, remained focused on the community, art, and helping others. She led an exemplary life and made an impact on every person she encountered. Mrs. Reeves often met with the Dean of the business school to stay abreast of its growth, and to offer advice and encouragement for further development. Dean Doll said, "Her contributions were invaluable to the continued success of our program and our graduates. She will be very much missed." Her legacy will live on through the people whose lives she touched.
