Bio:
Brian Gorman, M.D. is the Lead Learning Specialist and an Assistant Professor of Foundational Sciences at Methodist University Cape Fear Valley Health School of Medicine. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine and his Bachelor of Arts from The College of Wooster.
Dr. Gorman has a track record of success in teaching medical students and physicians delivering customized training curriculums through adapting effective learning methodologies which facilitate high levels of achievement on Clinical Science Subject Exams (Shelf), United States Medical Licensing Examinations (USMLE) and Specialty Board Exams.
Dr. Gorman worked as a Medical Education Learning Specialist at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine (HMSOM) in New Jersey for three years prior to joining MCFV. Prior to working at HMSOM, Dr. Gorman was a Medical Education Learning Consultant where he designed and administered academic support programs which helped clients master the USMLE or Specialty Board curriculum.
Dr. Gorman is a contributing and active member in the Medical Education Learning Specialist (MELS) community.
