Brock White

Brock is originally from Winton, N.C., and is a 2007 graduate of the PGA Golf Management Program at Methodist University, where he also received his MBA in May 2014. Brock is a seasoned golf professional with over 15 years of experience in the golf industry. As the Director of the PGA Golf Management Program, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the development of future golfing talent. 

With a strong background in operations, Brock has achieved numerous milestones throughout his career. He holds a Class A PGA Professional certification, Certified PGA Professional in Golf Operations, and received the 2022 Carolinas PGA Bill Strausbaugh award for showing outstanding integrity, commitment to mentoring fellow PGA Professionals in improving their employment situations, and involvement in community and charitable activities. This is a testament to his dedication to advancing the sport and mentoring the next generation of golfers. 

Beyond his role as Director, Brock is an active contributor to the golf community. He frequently conducts seminars, workshops, and clinics including being the Lead Professional for the PGA HOPE Fayetteville Chapter, Chair of the Carolinas PGA Associate Education Committee, and the Leader of the Carolinas PGA Reach Task Force for Military initiatives. His passion for the game is evident in his engaging teaching style, where he prioritizes individualized instruction and empowers his students to reach their full potential. He remains actively involved in charitable initiatives that promote access to the sport for underserved communities.

In his free time, Brock enjoys spending time with family, and playing a round of golf on some of the world’s most iconic courses while he travels with PGA Students on Study Abroad Trips. During your time at Methodist, Brock will be heavily involved in helping you pursue your dreams in the golf industry.
