Christina Locklear Revels is now serving as an Assistant Professor in the Methodist University Physician Assistant Program. Her clinical experience includes Family Medicine, Pediatrics and Hospital medicine. However, a majority of her clinical practice has been in nephrology. While practicing in nephrology, she had the opportunity to participate in the care of patients with chronic kidney disease, kidney transplants and those receiving hemodialysis therapy. She also served as a lecturer with the Francis Marion Physician Assistant Program 2019-2020.
She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a molecular concentration at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in 1999. She received a Bachelor of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from East Carolina University in 2003 and also simultaneously completed the Master in Health Science program at Duke University in 2003.
