Eliana Menlik is a proud Methodist University alumna who brings a strong passion for relationship-building, student support, and community engagement to her new role. As a member of the Monarch family, she understands firsthand the transformational impact of the Methodist experience and is excited to help strengthen connections between alumni and the University.

Before joining the Office of Advancement, Menlik served in Methodist University’s One Stop, where she worked closely with students, developing a reputation for exceptional service, collaboration, and care for the campus community. Her professional background includes experience in communication, customer service, problem-solving, and cross-campus support, all skills that will serve her well as she works to engage alumni, strengthen philanthropic support, and create meaningful opportunities for Monarchs to stay connected.

In her new role, Menlik will oversee alumni engagement initiatives, support alumni programming and events, and help cultivate a culture of philanthropy among Methodist University alumni. She looks forward to building relationships with alumni and helping them remain connected to the pride and legacy of Methodist University.
