Bio:
Elle Williams is a wellness professional, educator, and entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience helping individuals improve their health through evidence-based fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching. She holds a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition and is the Founder and Lead Wellness Coach of Total Wellness Enterprise (TWE), where she works with clients of all ages and fitness levels to develop sustainable, individualized wellness programs. At Methodist University, Elle serves as a Fitness Instructor, leading engaging group fitness classes and promoting a culture of health and wellness among students, faculty, and staff. Her teaching philosophy centers on creating an inclusive, supportive environment where participants feel empowered to challenge themselves, build confidence, and establish lifelong healthy habits. Elle’s professional background includes personal training, nutrition coaching, corporate wellness programming, CPR and First Aid instruction, and community health education. She is passionate about translating scientific principles into practical strategies that help individuals achieve lasting results while improving their overall quality of life. Whether coaching athletes, beginners, or those managing chronic health conditions, Elle believes wellness should be accessible, enjoyable, and tailored to each person’s unique goals. Through her work both in the classroom and the community, she strives to inspire others to become stronger, healthier, and more resilient.
