Jason Greene

Bio:

As Chief Information Officer, Jason Greene will oversee the University’s strategy for information technology, network security, and day-to-day responsibilities of Information Technology Services. He will also sit on the Administrative Cabinet, which works directly with President Stanley T. Wearden and the Board of Trustees to further the University’s mission.

In his role, Greene will also assist with information technology related to Methodist University and Cape Fear Valley Health’s intent to establish a state-of-the-art school of medicine. He carries 20 years of information technology experience in the world of health care, including most recently as the director of Application Technology and Support Services for Lexington Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina.

Greene’s previous stops include Hanover Medical Specialists, Carolina Pediatrics of Wilmington, and Computer Connections. He also earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Colorado State University Global.

Greene comes to Fayetteville with his wife of 24 years and four children. He enjoys cycling, hiking, and time as a big saltwater fisherman.
