Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Rachael Burwell joined Methodist University in 2025 after a successful career in real estate. She brings over a decade of experience in client relations, business development, and community engagement to her role in higher education. Before transitioning into academia, Rachael managed a large portfolio of residential properties and led strategic initiatives focused on growth and service excellence.
Rachael earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University in 2017 and has lived in both her home state of Ohio and the islands of Hawaii, experiences that have shaped her passion for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. At Methodist University, she is excited to help students discover their paths, achieve their goals, and make the most of their college experience.
