Bio:

Sarah Williams earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Fayetteville State University in 2021. She received a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in May 2025. Sarah has experience working with a variety of mental illnesses, including substance use disorder, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, bipolar disorder, and grief. She also has experience working with active-duty services members, retirees, and their family members.
