Navigate 360+ at the School of Medicine
Navigate 360+ for Faculty & Staff
The Methodist University Cape Fear Valley Health School of Medicine’s Navigate 360+ early intervention program is intended to identify students who may be experiencing academic, social, financial, or personal difficulties.
The Navigate 360+ program allows faculty and staff to address students’ needs and connect them with campus resources and support services. The reporting system aims to provide solution-focused interventions that engage students and connect them with campus resources that support persistence and academic success.
Remember to call 911 if:
- Someone is in immediate danger of harming themselves or others
- There is an active threat of harm to an individual
- There is a medical emergency
“Immediate danger” means an individual has a plan to harm themselves or others and intends to act on that plan. “Immediate danger” is also any active threat of harm.
If this is an emergency, follow these steps:
- Call 911 immediately
- After contacting emergency services, please notify Public Safety at 910.630.7098
- Do not leave the student alone if it is safe for you to stay with them until help arrives
- To place a referral that is not an immediate emergency, use Navigate 360+.
