ConnectU 360 for Faculty
The Methodist University ConnectU 360 early intervention program is intended to identify students who may be experiencing academic, social, financial, or personal difficulties.
The ConnectU 360 program allows faculty and staff to address students’ needs and connect them with campus resources and support services. The goal of the reporting system is to provide solution-focused interventions to engage students and connect them with campus resources that contribute to student persistence and academic success.
To submit a report, log into the myMU Experience and go to the ConnectU 360 Student Support card and then click ConnectU 360. The Early Alert form is on the right-hand side of the page.
Remember to call 911 if:
- Someone is in immediate danger of harming themselves or others
- There is an active threat of harm to an individual
- There is a medical emergency
“Immediate danger” means that an individual has a plan of harming themselves or others and an intention to act on that plan. “Immediate danger” is also any active threat of harm.
If this is an emergency, follow these steps:
- Call 911 immediately
- After contacting emergency services, please notify Public Safety at 910.630.7098
- Do not leave the student alone if it is safe for you to stay with them until help arrives
- To place a referral that is not an immediate emergency, use ConnectU 360.

Appointments: Book time with your Academic and Career Advisor
- Class Schedules: View current daily course lists, times, locations, and professor names, and sync them directly to a personal phone calendar
- To-Dos & Deadlines: Track time-sensitive tasks, registration dates, campus events, and personal reminders
- Account Holds: View active university holds on an account along with instructions or contacts needed to clear them
- Study Buddies: Connect with peers in specific classes to form study groups and share notes
- Raise Your Hand: Alert campus staff to request specialized help regarding tutoring, financial aid, or mental health support
- Campus Resources: Find directory information, physical locations, and quick links for major campus offices
