The Global Studies minor prepares students for graduate studies and/or careers in government service, non-governmental organizations, the military, and other fields that require resourceful engagement with global culture, economics, politics, and business.

As mentioned above, there’s a long list of career opportunities for those with Global Studies backgrounds. But, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports the average annual salary for the following positions (which may require additional education) in North Carolina in 2021:
