Thank you for your interest in Nursing at Methodist University! Applications for Fall 2026 are now open and will close Jan. 31, 2026. Follow the steps below to apply:

Step 1: Make an appointment with your academic advisor to determine your readiness to apply.

If you are a transfer student and have not been assigned an academic advisor yet or are a prospective student who has not applied to Methodist University, contact [email protected] or 910.630.7578 for assistance.

Step 2: Attend one Information Session.

Step 3: Schedule and pay to take the ATI TEAS Nursing Entrance Exam.

Step 4: Submit your completed supplemental nursing program application to [email protected] no later than January 31.

What Happens Next?

The Admissions Committee will review all applicants and determine dates for interviews. Students will be notified by the end of February through their MU student email of their individual interview dates and times.

The goal of the Committee is to notify all applicants of acceptance status before early registration week begins in March. Students who are conditionally accepted will attend an orientation session at the end of the spring semester where they will be given instructions regarding immunizations, background checks, drug screens, CPR requirements, and health forms.
