She wants to help everyone, improve their mental skills and performance in the classroom and in their performance arena of choice. Most importantly, she also wants to help everyone enjoy all that they do. Dr. Robbins has researched and published on numerous topics, including, but not limited to injured athletes, body image, wellness, stress, coping, regret, and playing time. Her work as a teacher, researcher and consultant has spanned over 25 years. She believes in the importance of research to keep growing the field, herself, her students and clients. Dr. Robbins is also a certified yoga and group exercise instructor. She is perpetually curious, always up for a challenge, and passionate about what she does. She hopes to stimulate that same that same passion in others.
