Title IX Personnel
In addition to the Title IX Coordinator, Methodist University staff and faculty assist with processing Formal Complaints and are trained to serve in specific roles within this process.
Title IX Investigators
Title IX Investigators have the responsibility of investigating complaints of sexual harassment and completing an investigative report regarding such complaints in accordance with these procedures and the applicable regulations.

Training
In compliance with Section 106.45(b)(10) of Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Methodist University is required to publish materials used for training Title IX coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and persons who facilitate informal resolutions on the university website. Please note that materials will be continuously posted as materials become available.

Employees
It is mandatory for all individuals serving as Title IX Coordinators, Investigators, and Decision-Makers to complete the annual Title IX Certificate as part of their professional development. This online training program utilizes video-based modules to ensure a thorough understanding of Title IX obligations. Non-compliance with this mandatory training may result in disciplinary measures, including written warnings, reprimands, or other administrative actions. These actions may extend to the denial of requests for leave, travel, reimbursements, or other employment-related benefits.
