Poetry Project: Open Mic Night

Monthly (event dates to be announced via email/social media)
Explore, create, and perform powerful poems about change, and the struggles people face to achieve well-being.

SMART Workshop

6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays
A support group focused on the transformative method of moving from addictive substances and negative behaviors to a life of positive self-regard and a willingness to change. A trained facilitator will help attendees focus on building and maintaining motivation, coping with urges and cravings, managing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and living a balanced life. This meeting is open to ALL Methodist students, faculty, and staff members as well as Fayetteville community members; you do NOT have to be in recovery or considering recovery to attend! There is also no requirement to participate; any participation in discussions is considered a “challenge by choice.”
