your faithfulness is as firm as the heavens.
You said, ‘I have made a covenant with my chosen one,
I have sworn to my servant David:
‘I will establish your descendants forever,
and build your throne for all generations.’
Reflection
As we gather this Christmas, our hearts brim with gratitude for the blessings bestowed upon us this year. Amidst the joy of the season, we reflect on the love, laughter, and moments of togetherness you have gifted us.
Thank you for the warmth of the bonds within the Methodist University community and the assurance of your constant presence. Our shared experiences have been a testament to your grace, providing strength and support through life’s journey.
This Christmas, we celebrate the birth of Jesus, the embodiment of your love. May His spirit inspire us to extend compassion to others and share our abundance with those in need.
As we enter a new year, we lift our hearts in prayer. Grant us good health, Lord. May your healing touch be upon each member, fortifying us for the challenges and joys ahead.
Guide us in the coming year, Lord. Grant us wisdom to make choices aligned with your will, and may our actions reflect the love shown through your Son, Jesus Christ.
In times of uncertainty, let our faith be unwavering. As we anticipate the future, we trust in your divine plan. Thank you for the blessings of this year, and we eagerly look ahead, knowing that with you, all things are possible.
